Una One

UnaOne was built in 1996-7. We bought from the owner-constructor Jack Urselmann in Feb 2004. The house faces south-west across to Maraetai, Beachlands and Auckland and so enjoys a lit view all day long and the most wonderful sunsets over the city. The design of the ‘bach’ brings light into the house via the clever positioning of the north-side windows. With three double bedrooms, two bath-shower rooms and a study, we can easily and comfortably accommodate a family and or friends for a leisurely few days of ‘Waiheke Magic’. There is pathway down to the road below that in turn leads to the sheltered beach at Rocky Bay.
